vsbat Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the vsbat platform. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions in full.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the vsbat platform, including all features, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and any associated services made available through the vsbat website and its mobile-optimised interface. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and vsbat. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
vsbat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered account holders via on-platform notification or email. Continued use of vsbat following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page.
These Terms apply to all vsbat players including those accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations in Bangladesh. Use of the vsbat platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms regardless of device or connection method.

Eligibility and Account Registration
To create and maintain an account on vsbat, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements below. vsbat conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of the registration and withdrawal process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. vsbat enforces this through KYC document verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited without exception.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one registered account on vsbat. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — using the same or different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses voided, and withdrawals held pending investigation.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and Bangladesh address. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. vsbat may request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

KYC Verification
vsbat requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Additional address verification may be required. Incomplete KYC may result in withdrawal delays and restricted platform access.
Age Verification Notice: vsbat applies a strict 21+ age restriction across all account types, games, and betting markets. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms.
Account Security and Player Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vsbat login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. vsbat will never ask you to share your password with a support agent, third party, or any other person. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact vsbat support immediately via the help section of the site. vsbat will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. Liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security is limited.

Password Security
Your vsbat password must be kept private and must not be shared with any person. Use a unique password not used on any other website or application. vsbat recommends a password of at least eight characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols. Change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

Device Security
You are responsible for ensuring that no other person has access to the device from which you use vsbat. Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices. vsbat is not responsible for losses resulting from use of your account by any person who accesses the platform from your unsecured device.

Suspicious Activity
If you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account — including unrecognised transactions, login attempts, or balance discrepancies — report it immediately via the vsbat help section. Prompt reporting enables vsbat to act quickly to protect your balance. Delays in reporting that result in further losses may limit available remedies.
Deposits and Withdrawals
vsbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions are conducted through payment methods approved for Bangladesh players, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select local bank transfers. vsbat does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed in the cashier, or payments from accounts not registered in the player's own name.
Deposits are credited to your vsbat account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. For bKash and Nagad, this typically takes under three minutes under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer. If a deposit is not credited within the expected window, contact vsbat support with the transaction reference number.

Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the vsbat cashier at the time of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier for each payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes after security checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. vsbat reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

Own Account Requirement
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. vsbat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods.

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after twelve consecutive months of no login activity. vsbat may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if required.
Currency Notice: vsbat operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. vsbat does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
Bonuses and Promotions
vsbat offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

One Bonus Per Promotion
Each promotion is available to each eligible player once unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Players may not claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, devices, IP addresses, or household members. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and may result in all bonuses being voided and the account being suspended.

Bonus Expiry
Bonuses and free spins not used within their validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice. Bonus validity periods are stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.

Promotion Changes
vsbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus, vsbat will honour the bonus subject to the terms in effect at the time of the claim. New promotions do not affect previously claimed bonuses.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vsbat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent ban from the platform. vsbat reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

Fraud and Money Laundering
Using the vsbat platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws is strictly prohibited. vsbat applies AML monitoring controls and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

Automated Tools
Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with vsbat in a manner not permitted by normal manual use is prohibited. This includes arbitrage software, odds scraping tools, and automated bonus claiming systems. vsbat employs technical detection systems to identify automated activity.

Collusion
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping, sharing hole-card information, or coordinating bets to exploit a promotion — is prohibited. vsbat reviews betting patterns to identify collusion and may void affected bets and suspend participating accounts without prior notice.

Platform Abuse
Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in vsbat games or platform systems for financial gain is prohibited. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are not payable and will be voided. Players who identify an error are required to stop playing and report it to vsbat support immediately.
Enforcement Notice: vsbat applies zero tolerance to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and the operation of multiple accounts. Where prohibited conduct is identified, vsbat will act without prior warning, including voiding all balances and bets associated with the offending account. Civil and criminal referrals may be made where the conduct warrants it.
Responsible Gaming
vsbat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. vsbat provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard at any time and take effect immediately upon activation.
vsbat enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. The platform does not knowingly permit access to any person under 21 years of age. Intellectual Property
All content on the vsbat platform — including but not limited to the vsbat brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vsbat or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vsbat platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any vsbat content without prior written permission.
The vsbat platform incorporates games and software provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Netent, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in these games remain with the respective game studios. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you in relation to third-party game content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vsbat's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the vsbat platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total value of funds deposited by that player into their vsbat account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vsbat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
vsbat does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, that games will be error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from any bet or wager. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vsbat undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uptime during maintenance windows, system upgrades, or events beyond vsbat's reasonable control such as payment network outages or infrastructure failures.
Amendments to These Terms
vsbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal conditions, or account eligibility — vsbat will provide notice to registered players via platform notification or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable. For minor amendments such as typographical corrections that do not affect player rights, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the vsbat platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the change takes effect.
